OUR PROMISE We want you to love your purchase from AllOldStock. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before it is packed and shipped to ensure it meets our high standards.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS If an item arrives damaged (a rare occurrence!), we will fast-track your replacement or refund. Please note we will need to thoroughly verify your item is in fact damaged or not as described. 

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Notification: Fill out our contact form.

  2. Review: We approve most returns within 24–48 hours.

  3. Payout: Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the return.
